W-2 Compliance Reporting and Tracking

Beginning January, 2011, employers will be required to track and report on W-2's the value of health insurance contributions for benefits provided in 2011.

Health Insurance Coverage

After 2014, employers will pay a penalty for not offering coverage or for offering unaffordable coverage
