Our owner and president, Joan R. Walters, obtained her BS degree from Central Michigan University and her MA from Western Michigan University in Personnel and Counseling. Her background includes 10 years in Human Resources in Automotive Manufacturing and 16 years in Engineering Recruitment. The past 9 years she has specialized in placement of architectural and engineering professionals for A&E and E&A firms. In 1994 she obtained her CPC from The National Association of Personnel Consultants. She is a member of AIA, MSPE, and ASHRAE
